What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Lines Senior Agent/Marketer position at Erb and Young?
We’re hiring in Melbourne!
Erb & Young is looking for an experienced Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent to join our Melbourne team.
We’re looking for someone who already knows insurance, knows how to sell, and is ready for an environment where they can really perform.
You may be a great fit if you:
→ Have Personal Lines / P&C insurance sales experience
→ Hold an active Florida 2-20 or 20-44 license
→ Know how to close business, not just quote it
→ Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
→ Want to be part of a strong in-office culture
→ Bring a marketing or relationship-building mindset, even better
What makes this opportunity different?
A team that wants to win. A culture that matters. And the opportunity to grow within an established independent agency.
This is not a remote position. We’re looking for someone who wants to be in the room, part of the team, and invested in what we’re building.
Melbourne, FL
