Role Description The Commercial Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Orlando, FL. This role is responsible for cultivating and managing long-term relationships with commercial clients, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored insurance solutions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client meetings, reviewing coverage options, preparing proposals, and coordinating with underwriting and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate policy placement. The Commercial Relationship Manager will monitor client portfolios, identify opportunities for additional services, and proactively address risk management needs. This role also involves maintaining accurate documentation, supporting renewal processes, and contributing to initiatives that enhance client experience and support the company’s personal growth-focused culture.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess strong Business Relationship Management skills to build trust, maintain client satisfaction, and grow commercial accounts.
  • Candidates should possess Portfolio Management skills to oversee client accounts, evaluate coverage adequacy, and identify growth and retention opportunities.
  • Candidates should possess Underwriting-related skills to assess risk profiles, interpret underwriting guidelines, and collaborate effectively with carrier partners.
  • Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in commercial insurance or financial services, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency with CRM and office productivity tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a commitment to personal development, and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment are highly valued.
  • Ability to obtain a Florida insurance license
