We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in a full-time, on-site position located in Bentonville, AR. The role involves supporting patient care, maintaining accurate medical records, coordinating with healthcare providers, and providing hands-on assistance during clinical procedures. The LPN will also educate patients on medical conditions and treatments, ensure compliance with best practices, and contribute to delivering high-quality care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Practical Nursing skills, including administering medications, monitoring patient vitals, and assisting in clinical procedures
- Ability to maintain accurate and confidential medical records using modern healthcare documentation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate patients and collaborate with healthcare professionals
- Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
- Attention to detail to ensure compliance with healthcare standards and safety protocols
- Active LPN license in the state of Arkansas
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is preferred
