We are seeking an exceptional Executive Personal Assistant to support founder and CEO Jasper Lau. This is a highly integrated role combining executive support, personal support, travel management, event coordination, household administration, and family support for a globally active executive.
The CEO maintains an extensive international travel schedule and is frequently overseas. The successful candidate will be comfortable operating across multiple time zones and supporting both business and personal priorities with discretion, responsiveness, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s complex global calendar across multiple time zones, including meetings with investors, founders, strategic partners, and personal commitments.
- Manage multiple email inboxes, helping prioritize communications, flag important items, and ensure timely follow-up.
- Coordinate communications and scheduling with investors, family offices, founders, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries, meeting schedules, and supporting materials.
- Provide real-time support to the CEO while traveling internationally and across changing time zones.
Events & Special Projects
- Assist in planning and executing investor symposiums, conferences, private dinners, family office gatherings, and other special events.
- Coordinate guest invitations, RSVP tracking, venue logistics, travel arrangements, vendors, materials, and event communications.
- Support on-site event execution and VIP guest management.
- Assist with special projects and time-sensitive initiatives as needed.
Personal Support & Lifestyle Management
- Coordinate all aspects of personal and business travel, including flights, hotels, visas, airport transfers, ground transportation, and itinerary management.
- Arrange travel and logistics for family members and guests.
- Manage personal appointments, reservations, and scheduling needs.
- Coordinate restaurant reservations, gift purchasing, and special projects.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for personal vendors, service providers, and household needs.
- Coordinate home maintenance, repairs, deliveries, and property-related matters.
- Assist with personal financial administration, including coordinating payments, property-related expenses, wire transfers, and communications with accountants, advisors, and service providers.
- Support visa, passport, and international travel documentation requirements.
- Assist with family logistics and personal event coordination.
Administrative Support
- Manage incoming mail, packages, and related administrative matters.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Provide general administrative support across business and personal matters as needed.
Role Expectations
- The CEO travels extensively throughout the year and is frequently overseas.
- This role requires responsiveness outside traditional business hours due to international travel and global scheduling demands.
- Availability during evenings and weekends may be required based on travel schedules and time-sensitive matters.
- Occasional travel with the CEO may be required.
- Responsibilities vary based on business and personal priorities.
- Approximately 40–60% of the role may involve personal support, lifestyle management, family coordination, and household administration.

- Executive & Personal Assistant roles supporting globally active executives
- Private household, lifestyle, or concierge management
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience supporting senior executives, founders, entrepreneurs, or UHNW principals
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong judgment and problem-solving skills
- Comfort operating across both business and personal matters
- Ability to remain calm, flexible, and responsive in a rapidly changing environment
Compensation
- $125,000–$185,000
