Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Elk Grove Village, IL, for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will implement HR policies, procedures, and programs. Responsibilities include recruiting, employee relations, training and development, performance evaluations, benefits administration, payroll and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role involves collaborating with management to develop strategies that align with company objectives and promote a positive workplace culture.
