Graphic Designer

ERA GROUP DIST is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This role is ideal for someone who understands modern design trends and can bring brands to life through packaging, identity, and digital assets.

You’ll be working across multiple fast-growing brands in the health, wellness, and consumer product space, helping shape how our products look both online and in retail stores like Amazon, Walmart, and major retailers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design product packaging (boxes, labels, dielines, supplement panels)
• Create and develop brand identities (logos, color palettes, typography systems)
• Produce high-quality product mockups & renders
• Design marketing assets (Amazon A content, ads, social media creatives)
• Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and products
• Stay up-to-date with design trends in e-commerce, supplements, and retail
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to bring concepts to life
• Prepare files for print production and manufacturing

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing branding packaging work (THIS IS A MUST)
• Proficiency in:
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Canva (for quick marketing assets)
• Experience with:
• Product labels & supplement packaging
• Mockups and realistic product renders
• Typography and color theory
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Understanding of e-commerce design (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is a HUGE plus

Bonus Skills (Huge Advantage)

• Experience in health/wellness or supplement industry
• Familiarity with Amazon A Content & listing images
• Basic knowledge of 3D rendering tools (Blender, Dimension, etc.)
• Experience working with manufacturers / print-ready files

Pay: From $35,000.00 per year
