ERA First Advantage is looking for a full-time Office Administrator to join our Columbia St. office.
This role supports our real estate agents and office operations through data entry, transaction auditing, and front desk coordination. We’re looking for someone organized, detail-oriented, and confident communicating with others.
Key Responsibilities:
Enter and audit real estate transactions for accuracy and compliance.
Communicate with agents and managers to resolve issues.
Answer and direct phone calls.
Support front desk operations and assist the Office Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
Proficient with Gmail, Google Drive, and spreadsheets.
Excellent attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
Strong written, verbal, and phone communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

Base Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
