Established residential property management company overseeing one of Northwest Florida’s largest residential rental portfolios is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager based in Shalimar, Florida.
This role works closely with owners, tenants, vendors, and internal team members to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly across a large portfolio of residential properties. The position requires strong communication skills, sound judgment, follow-through, and the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate is organized, steady under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts while helping provide leadership, support, and direction within the department.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with property owners
- Communicate with tenants, vendors, and internal departments
- Help resolve operational, tenant, and owner issues
- Support and assist team members throughout the management process
- Help maintain consistency, communication, and follow-through across the portfolio
- Assist with onboarding new management clients and properties
- Provide insight and operational feedback to leadership
Qualifications
- Active Florida Real Estate License required
- Residential property management experience required
- Strong communication and people skills
- Excellent problem solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Professional, dependable, and detail oriented
Additional Information
- Position is based in Shalimar, Florida
- This is not a remote position
- Travel between offices and properties throughout Northwest Florida is expected
