The Opportunity
We’re looking for a hands-on, service-minded Warehouse Manager who thrives in a fast-paced operations environment. You’ll lead warehouse workflow, production metrics, certifications compliance, inventory flow, and a small but critical warehouse team. You’ll also partner closely with logistics to support fleet readiness and occasionally assist with client-facing equipment pickups.
- Note: This is not a fulltime driver role. However, you will occasionally support or lead a local or regional pickup using a 26’ box truck. Training is provided if needed.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
- Manage daily warehouse operations, workflows, and team assignments
- Lead, train, and develop warehouse team members
- Maintain compliance with all certification and data security requirements
- Oversee inbound/outbound inventory flow and maintain accurate records
- Track production metrics, set goals, and drive performance improvement
- Ensure warehouse safety, organization, equipment maintenance, and cleanliness
- Build positive relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Support occasional client-facing pickups (inventorying, loading/unloading, customer service)
- Conduct vehicle inspections and collaborate with logistics on fleet upkeep
- Step in wherever needed to maintain smooth, safe operations

About You (Qualifications)
- 3 years warehouse or logistics management experience
- 3 years leadership experience required
- Experience in IT asset disposition (ITAD) or electronics recycling is a plus, not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work with urgency
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, Excel, and basic computer systems
- Willing to learn forklift, pallet jack, and baler operations
- Able to lift 70–100 lbs and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card (ER2 covers cost/time after offer)
- Experience with larger vehicles
