THE OPPORTUNITY:
Full-time (32 - 40 Hours a week) Monday – Saturday
We are looking for our next store lead!
This individual will train at our Mesa store for a couple of months, and then transition to Phoenix to get our new store up and running!
Revive IT's Retail Store Team Members serve as the face of our company to our customers. They actively help our customers find the best technology solutions that meet their wants and needs. They sell our products by describing merchandise, explaining use, operation, and care of; products including- refurbished computers, laptops, monitors, TVs, and other electronic equipment.

- Long-Term- We’re not looking for someone who’s half-invested. Our team is growing FAST and we want you to grow with us. The right candidate will be looking to contribute for the long haul.
THE DAY TO DAY:
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Examine merchandise to ensure that it is correctly priced and displayed, and that it functions as advertised.
- Describe merchandise and explain use, operation, and care of merchandise to customers.
- Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.
- Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
- Open and close cash registers, performing tasks such as counting money, separating charge slips, coupons, and vouchers, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Maintain storefront and merchandise cleanliness and order.
- Restock product on shelves when necessary.
- Create and innovate ways to bring in new customers, and bring existing customers back in to the store for purchases.
- Ensure that customers receive satisfactory service and quality goods.
- Enforce safety, health, and security rules.
- Must be able to work Monday - Saturday.
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilization of internal phone systems to reach other departments.
Physical Requirements:
- The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects as needed.
- Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for consecutive hours.
Position Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- The ability to pass a drug test/background screen
- The ability to speak/read English & Spanish fluently
