THE OPPORTUNITY:
We are seeking an IT Asset Management Technician to join our team managing deployment and inventory of IT hardware assets for our corporate clients. You will work in our warehouse facility, preparing new and used devices for deployment, managing inventory, and providing imaging and configuration services to provision devices according to client specifications.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in pursuing a career in IT Asset Management and working behind-the-scenes to equip corporate employees with the hardware tools they need to be productive.
This is a full-time position M-F 8am-5pm.

THE DAY TO DAY:
- Receive, verify, and inspect new and used IT hardware shipments including laptops, desktops, printers, and related peripherals.
- Ensure accurate fulfillment and shipping process is followed to meet client SLA requirements.
- Test, image, configure, and deploy end-user devices based on standard builds or custom client specifications.
- Track inventory quantities, maintain optimal stock levels, and report on hardware assets status.
- Maintain accurate records of asset assignments, inventory changes, and configuration details.
- Assist with audits and provide reporting on assets as requested.
- Adhere to all data security protocols related to client data privacy and support client legal hold requirements.
- Work closely with logistics team to coordinate timely service.
- Responsible for fulfilling hardware tickets for client IT requests.
- Prepare assets for deployment.
- Manage assets and inventory levels.
- Assist in executing and implementing new procedures with the client.
- Shipping and receiving assets to and from remote workers.
- Attend and participate in client meetings as requested.
THE VITALS:
- 1 years experience with IT hardware deployment and asset management
- Familiarity with common end-user devices, peripherals and operating systems
- Knowledge of system imaging, deployment tools, and configuration management
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and documentation skills
- Good communication skills and ability to translate technical details for client support
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to stand in one place for extended periods of time without fatiguing.
- Ability to work and look at a computer screen for extended hours per day.
- Ability to sit and/or stand for consecutive hours.
- Ability to lift/push/pull 50 lbs.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- The ability to pass a drug test/background screen with no prior convictions of theft related felonies in the last 7 years.
- The ability to speak/read English fluently.
