As a Project Manager, you will work closely with our creative, technical,and commercial teams to deliver world-class projects to the highest standard.
You will be working in a fast-paced international business across multiple time zones, therefore we are looking for the following Skills and Experience:
- Strong experience in live events and touring environments
- Strong knowledge of live event production equipment (laser, pyro, or SFX experience preferred)
- Confident working across multiple time zones in a fast-paced international environment
- Computer literate with understanding of networks, IP systems, and booking/software platforms
- High attention to detail with strong analytical thinking
- Proven track record managing project budgets, technical schedules, and quoting
- Solid experience in a project management or technical coordinator role within the live events/touring industry
Purpose of the Role
As a Project Manager your responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with clients and working with ER’s creative department to work on a variety of jobs like tours or installations
- Create technical plans and provide information for the show event
- Creating quotations and negotiate on pricing
- Manage project budgets and suppliers
- Create and provide safety information to clients
- Liaise with ER’s tech team to ensure the event is delivered to the highest standard and meets the clients expectations
- Will be required to attend sites occasionally to form client relationships (locally and internationally)
