In this vital role, you will assist with the safe handling, transportation, and setup of a wide range of household appliances. Responsibilities

• Assist delivery drivers in loading, unloading, and transporting appliances using appropriate equipment such as hand tools, power tools, ladders, and box trucks.
• Support the installation process by helping with appliance setup, including connecting electrical and plumbing components when necessary.
• Follow schematics and technical diagrams to aid in proper appliance assembly and installation.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues on-site, including refrigeration units, HVAC systems, or other appliance components.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed during handling and delivery to prevent damage or injury.
• Communicate professionally with customers to confirm delivery times, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction throughout the process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including vehicle upkeep and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Prior experience in appliance repair, installation, or field service is highly preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in electrical work, plumbing, refrigeration systems, HVAC components, and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams accurately.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other maintenance equipment.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles such as box trucks or similar large vehicles.
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
• Physical ability to lift heavy appliances safely and stand for extended periods during deliveries.
• Experience working with maintenance, repair operations (MRO), or appliance service technology is advantageous.

Pay: $600.00 - $800.00 per week
