Job Description
- Assist in managing daily operations and providing support to team members and clients.
- Engage effectively with a diverse group of participants, fostering positive interactions.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and case noting to ensure smooth workflow.
- Collaborate with colleagues to address client or participant needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Utilize Comprehensive Workforce Development System (CWDS) to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
- Adapt to a dynamic work environment and contribute to team goals as needed.
- Assist with Supportive Services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service, data entry, administration,
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a part-time schedule effectively.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative when necessary.
- Flexibility and willingness to adapt to a temporary role with potential for growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including cultural sensitivity and the ability to engage effectively with individuals from varied backgrounds.
Additional Information
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team in a temporary, part-time capacity. January - May 2026. This position offers the potential to transition into a full-time role.
Monday - Friday 25 hours a week
$19.00 an hour
