Job Description- Sources and matches candidates to job openings; maintains current job listings
- Builds and sustains strong relationships with employers and community partners
- Assists businesses with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
- Organizes job fairs, hiring events, and employer presentations
- Monitors employer satisfaction and collaborates with staff to improve placements
- Ideal candidate: Customer service background with strong relationship-building and consulting skills
- Must be will to travel to events andemployer meetings across the eight county regionis required for this role
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or 2 years of relevantwork experience in business to business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing or recruiting
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills. Strong presentation skills with public speaking or outside sales experience
- Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources
- Demonstrated knowledge of labor market trends
- Sales or staffing experience preferred
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Valid Driver's License in good standing and proof of current automobile insurance required
Starting Hourly Rate: $24 - $28/hr
