Job Description

• Sources and matches candidates to job openings; maintains current job listings
• Builds and sustains strong relationships with employers and community partners
• Assists businesses with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes
• Organizes job fairs, hiring events, and employer presentations
• Monitors employer satisfaction and collaborates with staff to improve placements
• Ideal candidate: Customer service background with strong relationship-building and consulting skills
• Must be will to travel to events and employer meetings across the eight county region is required for this role

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college or 2 years of relevant work experience in business to business sales, marketing, customer service, staffing or recruiting
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated strong customer service skills. Strong presentation skills with public speaking or outside sales experience
• Familiarity with the communities being served, with knowledge and understanding of local needs and resources
• Demonstrated knowledge of labor market trends
• Sales or staffing experience preferred
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid Driver's License in good standing and proof of current automobile insurance required

Additional Information

Starting Hourly Rate: $24 - $28/hr
