Key Responsibilities
- Draft and negotiate NAESB, EEI, Gas NAESB, IECA, and related master trading agreements
- Review contract provisions, propose alternatives, and identify risk gaps
- Maintain templates, track workflow, and update internal contract databases.
Required Qualifications
- 3 years oil & gas industry experience
- Proven NAESB and master agreement negotiation experience
- Strong legal/contract language comprehension
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
