What are the responsibilities and job description for the Registered Nurse position at Equity Staffing Group?
We are seeking an experienced Utilization Management Nurse for a 6-month remote temporary assignment to support our client.
Responsibilities
- Review and document prior authorization and concurrent stay requests, along with member case histories.
- Collaborate with members, providers, facilities, medical directors, intake staff, case managers, and other internal departments.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
- 3–5 years of clinical experience
- Previous utilization management experience
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficient with technology and able to work across multiple computer applications
Certifications/Licensure
- Active, unrestricted State of Wisconsin RN license required
