What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pharmacist in Charge position at Equity Staffing Group?
We’re looking for an Interim Operations Manager / Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) for a hospital in Gary, Indiana. This is a short-term, 13-week assignment with potential for extension, starting as soon as possible.
The role focuses on team leadership, workflow improvements, and pharmacy operations, with minimal sterile compounding responsibilities.
- The ideal candidate will have inpatient pharmacy management experience, including staffing and scheduling, and must hold an Indiana pharmacist license.
- Day shift coverage is required, with occasional on-call or rotating shifts.
- Experience with Epic is a plus, but training will be provided.
