Title: Packaging Project Manager (UFHS)
Work Arrangement: Full Time
Work Location: Onsite in New Jersey.
Description:
Lead the overall project across R&D, supply chain, quality and commercial aspects of the move of the Manufacturing sourcing from customer's US manufacturing plant to a new external manufacture in Latin America. You will lead the coordination of manufacturing, product and packaging changes through effective project planning, execution, control, and a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities:
• Manage assigned project through the full project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk registers.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Marketing, and Regulatory.
• Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Monitor and control project performance, proactively identifying and mitigating risks, and issues.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
• Apply project management best practices following customer methodologies and frameworks.
Requirements:
• 5 years’ experience in project coordination, execution, or product commercialization within Foods or related industries.
• Bachelor`s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.
• Advanced knowledge of project management processes and tools.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• PMP certificate and MS Project experience are a plus.
