Key responsibilities include blending ingredients, performing stability and performance testing, analyzing data, and collaborating with other teams like marketing and regulatory affairs.
Responsibilities
- Perform reverse engineering of cosmetic/aerosol formulas
- Run qualitative and quantitative chemical analysis (GC/MS, HPLC, ICP-OES, etc.)
- Identify and measure propellants, actives (e.g., ACH), vehicles, structuring agents, emollients, fragrance compounds, etc.
- Handle aerosol extraction safely
- 5 years’ experience in Aerosol Fomulation Reverse Engineering.
- Bachelor`s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Advanced knowledge of project management processes and tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
