- Complete residential remodeling projects
- Perform general repairs and maintenance
- Drywall installation and repair
- Interior and exterior painting
- Flooring installation and repairs
- Basic plumbing repairs
- Basic electrical repairs
- Carpentry work
- Kitchen and bathroom updates
- Door and window installation/repair
- Turnover repairs between tenants
- Diagnose maintenance issues and recommend repairs
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Communicate progress and completion of assigned work orders
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of remodeling or maintenance experience preferred
- Must have your own tools and reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor
