What You'll Do
Customer & Sales Support
- Engage warm leads from RV dealer partners across the U.S. and Canada
- Guide customers through account setup, membership activation, and renewals
- Answer inbound calls related to reservations, memberships, and general inquiries
- Upsell add-on camping products and refer upgrade opportunities
Lead & Account Management
- Collect, enter, and manage leads in the RVD Portal and CRM systems
- Ensure accuracy of customer records and complete all follow-up tasks
- Maintain working knowledge of products, promotions, and policies
Performance & Service
- Meet call handling, quality assurance, and sales performance metrics
- Resolve customer issues with professionalism and follow-through
- Collaborate with team members and support overall team goals
Skills & Experience
- Sales or customer service experience (phone sales a plus)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable navigating multiple systems (CRM experience preferred)
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently
- High level of integrity and professionalism
