We are currently hiring for the position of Landscaping in Marblehead, Ohio.
**Job Summary**
This role involves overseeing the overall upkeep of our property landscape and exterior image. You will work as part of a team with maintenance staff to ensure our resort meets our quality standards by treating all residents, employees, coworkers, and vendors as customers.
**Essential Job Duties**
- Maintains community flowerbeds by pruning, weeding, and watering as needed. Plants flowers, shrubs, and other ground material as requested.
- Monitors pool and spa chemicals daily and maintains logbooks as required by health department, if applicable.
- Monitors and reports any insect damage and/or plant disease affecting the landscape to the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Works closely with management and maintenance staff in developing a team that effectively represents the quality and professionalism of Els through professional communication.
**Other Job Functions**
- Attends and participates in training programs as requested.
- Assists other staff members as needed.
- May be required to drive a motorized vehicle on or off property for company business.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Requirements**
- Experience or knowledge of trees, plants, and shrubs.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to work independently and pay close attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
