Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least 5 years of resort or property management experience, preferably in a large manufactured housing, RV, or multi-site setting.
- Experience working in an ancillary business, such as a golf course, restaurant, and/or rental unit complex.
- A proven track record of managing a team of at least 50 employees.
- Sales and/or marketing experience preferred.
- The ability to produce financials and budgets, control expenses, and identify opportunities to drive revenues.
- An understanding of the complex operational responsibilities associated with this role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications, including financial systems.
- A valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
