About the Role
Equity ECS is a full-service commercial real estate firm providing development, construction, brokerage, and property management services. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with superintendents, project teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll manage project execution, maintain strong client relationships, and lead teams while upholding the mission, vision, and values of ECS.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned construction projects
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders on scope and design
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and resource plans
- Negotiate and manage vendor and subcontractor contracts
- Partner with Superintendents to monitor construction progress and maintain schedules
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company processes
- Manage project financials including change orders, requisitions, and subcontractor payments
- Maintain project documentation including contracts, reports, and scheduling updates
- Oversee quality control, punch lists, and project closeout documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractor partners
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7 years of commercial construction experience
- Experience managing ground-up and renovation projects
- Proven ability to lead projects up to $20M
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or P6 preferred
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
