Carpenter - Commercial Retail Projects

This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role focused on commercial retail projects. The Carpenter will work out of Boca Raton, FL, and will be responsible for executing various construction tasks such as framing, finish carpentry, and the operation of hand and power tools. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with team members, interpreting blueprints, cutting and assembling structures, and ensuring the highest quality standards for all assigned projects.

• Proficiency in Carpentry and Finish Carpentry techniques and practices
• Experience with operating Power Tools and Hand Tools safely and efficiently
• Knowledge of Framing and structural assembly
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality craftsmanship
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods
• Previous experience in commercial retail construction is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
