Construction Project Manager

About the Role

Equity ECS is a full-service commercial real estate firm providing development, construction, brokerage, and property management services. We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction projects from planning through completion.

In this role, you’ll collaborate with superintendents, project teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll manage project execution, maintain strong client relationships, and lead teams while upholding the mission, vision, and values of ECS.

Key Responsibilitie

• sLead the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned construction project
• sCoordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and stakeholders on scope and desig
• nDevelop project budgets, schedules, and resource plan
• sNegotiate and manage vendor and subcontractor contract
• sPartner with Superintendents to monitor construction progress and maintain schedule
• sEnsure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company processe
• sManage project financials including change orders, requisitions, and subcontractor payment
• sMaintain project documentation including contracts, reports, and scheduling update
• sOversee quality control, punch lists, and project closeout documentatio
• nBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractor partner
