Responsibilities And Expectations
Key Responsibilities
Daily Operations Support
- Process and complete account verifications and maintain appropriate logs
- Handle deposit account related maintenance task
- Provide backup support for additional Deposit Services as needed
- Assist bank staff and customers with deposit-related questions or issues
- Follow established Deposit Services policies and procedures
- Adhere to internal control standards and documentation requirements
- Comply with all bank policies and regulatory responsibilities, including but not limited to:
- Business Ethics and Conduct
- Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)
- Information Security standards
- Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements
Required Skills & Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; banking or deposit operations experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication with internal teams and customers
- Proficiency with computer systems, especially Windows-based applications
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
