This is a full-time, on-site role located in Allen, TX, for a Commercial Real Estate Agent/Broker. In this role, you will be responsible for representing buyers, sellers, and tenants in commercial real estate transactions, building relationships to generate leads, and providing market analysis to inform client decision-making. You will collaborate with the acquisitions and property management teams to support investment objectives while actively working to close deals that align with the company’s strategic priorities.
- Experience with Commercial Real Estate transactions and understanding of market dynamics
- A valid Real Estate License and expertise in Real Estate Brokerage practices
- Sales skills with a proven ability to build relationships and close deals
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in industry tools, market research, and underwriting analysis
- Self-motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior knowledge of the North Texas commercial real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
