Up North they host a top-notch breeding program with some incredible broodmares calling their beautiful farm home. Down here in Florida their two accomplished trainers are focused on progressing their youngstock to the next generation of champions on an amazing farm in Micanopy. Job Description :
- This is a temporary position, starting ASAP to end of April. You will be employed by Equistaff. We will perform a drug and background check prior to hire. We will offer you benefits, worker's comp, weekly direct deposits, and W-2 employment!
- We are searching for an experienced riding and driving groom to assist our two trainers with daily horse management. There are no stall cleaning, feeding or night check duties, as the facility provides those services. You will be assisting with general horse care, grooming, clipping, hand-walking, tacking and harnessing, lunging, cooling out, bathing, and wrapping legs. An experienced individual should possess an understanding of Arabian competition performance riding and driving and the care of show horses. This role will be 4 days per week, 6 hour days. Approximately 24 hours per week. One exception is from 2 / 13-2 / 25 the role will be 6 days per week, 6 hour days. - Sorry, this is role is unfortunately not entry level at this time.
