Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with Community Engagement initiatives, including annual campaigns and organizing volunteer opportunities
- Streamline process for employee recognition requests. Fulfilling requests and creating a process for gifting including employee sympathy, new babies, weddings, and retirement
- Collaborate with Talent Onboarding Specialist for Orientation preparation, Mentorship Program support, and new hire kits and information

You will be expected to work within the hours of Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm.
What You're Working With
- Must be actively working towards a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in a related field strongly recommended.
- GPA of 3.0 or higher
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Detail-oriented and deadline driven
- Ability to organize and interpret data
- Problem-solving skills to identify inefficiencies and propose practical solutions
- Interest in creating meaningful employee experiences, recognition programs, and engagement initiatives
