Duties
- Manage parts inventory levels through accurate tracking and regular stock audits
- Coordinate purchasing activities by sourcing parts from suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely procurement aligned with demand planning.
- Oversee shipping & receiving processes, including order fulfillment, picking & packing, and ensuring compliance with transportation safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain roles with a strong understanding of inventory management, procurement, and warehouse distribution.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools like supply chain analytics software or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with effective communication abilities to collaborate across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
