- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Aircraft Structures and Aircraft Systems
- Expertise in PowerPlant maintenance and repair work
- Proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance, including preventive work and repairs
- Familiarity with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations
- Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Relevant certification(s) such as Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) license
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work as part of a team
- Ability to work in an on-site, fast-paced environment in Aurora, CO
