Equipment East is hiring a Parts Specialist in Brockton, MA.
This is a critical role supporting both customers and internal service teams by keeping parts moving accurately and efficiently.
What you will do:
• Assist customers in person and over the phone with parts inquiries and orders
• Identify parts for Develon, Yanmar, ASV, Ammann, and related equipment
• Support service technicians with timely and accurate parts fulfillment
• Order parts from vendors and track incoming shipments
• Receive inventory and maintain accurate stock levels
• Process returns and warranty-related parts
• Maintain clean and organized parts storage areas
• Use inventory and dealer management systems to track activity
What we are looking for:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience with inventory management and control
• High attention to detail and organization
• Experience in heavy equipment, construction equipment, automotive, or similar industries preferred
• Experience with inventory or dealer management systems is a plus
Pay: Competitive pay based on experience
