Position Summary
Conducts analysis and interpretation related to company compensation programs. Evaluates the company's jobs,
documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions. Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes
results of, compensation surveys. Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the
organizations pay programs. Administer the annual salary administration programs, including salary structure creation
and maintenance, development of incentive or salary increase budgets, merit process, and annual Profit Sharing Award.
Assists with related projects and duties as needed.

Qualifications
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred or other certifications (Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) or Compensation Management Professional (CMP)
- 3 to 5 years’ experience
- Knowledge of and ability to apply marketplace, development & trends to business & HR functions.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws & regulations and ability to advise on their effects.
- Knowledge of and ability to design, implement and evaluate compensation programs & policies.
- Knowledge of salary planning tools, job evaluation techniques, and market salary trends.
- Knowledge of incentive and rewards planning tools, techniques, and procedures.
- Proven ability to develop and implement incentive and rewards programs.
- Experience handling complex issues and sensitive/confidential information.
- Advanced User of Microsoft Excel.
