Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Utilize customer input and/or specifications to help in the selection of applicable products
- Develop solutions to meet customer needs
- Develop, deliver and follow up on accurate customer quotes in a timely manner
- Support the delivery of positive customer outcomes throughout the quoting and fulfillment process
- Support the outside sales team in meeting customer expectations
- Work in a fast-paced environment reacting to customer demand
The Ideal Candidate:
- Will possess a four-year engineering degree or equivalent industry experience
- Will have working knowledge of pumps, valves, instrumentation, controls and relevant industries
- Will have the ability to develop and deliver solutions based on an understanding of the technical and business challenges of our market
- Will possess negotiation skills
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task
- Must be a team player able to work closely with account managers and employees from other business units
