About Us:
Equipment and Tools Solution (ETS Rentals & Repair) is a trusted equipment rental and repair company located in the heart of Miami. We’re looking for a Equipment Rental Sales Associate to join our growing team.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will assist with daily administrative tasks, customer service, and inside sales support. (We are willing to train!)
*MUST HAVE A CLEAN RECORD*
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by phone, email, and in person
- Assist customers with rental inquiries, quotes, and orders
- Support inside sales and telemarketing efforts
- Maintain and organize customer records and invoices
- Coordinate with the operations and delivery teams
- Handle general office and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
✅ Bilingual (English & Spanish) – Required
✅ 1 year of customer service experience
✅ Strong communication and organizational skills
✅ Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, basic data entry)
✅ Team player with a positive attitude
✅ Reliable transportation
✅ Available for immediate hire
