Job Description
The Financial Analyst, Facilities is a position that supports the Facilities Department in delivering the companies vision within our clubs. The role requires leadership, coordination, integrity, financial acumen, and more. The role will assist the Sr. Director of Facilities Finance with the budget creation, management, and project tracking of our portfolio of 106 locations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Organize data into accessible reports using different metrics to track financial spend and commitments.
- Create analytics and KPI’s to better understand spends and trends.
- Assist in overseeing the R&M, Capex, Refresh, Equipment, and other budgets.
- Manage payment uploads to ensure timely vendor payments.
- Aid in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Produce monthly closing reports.
- Support the creation of annual budgets and forecasting.
- Create financial models to support organizational decision making.
- Organize data into accessible reports using different metrics.
- Work within Service Channel, OneStream and D365 to gather data.
- Coordinate meetings with different teams and team members.
- Establish and update SOP’s to ensure we are operating with best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Budget management and creation experience
- Excellent data analysis and reporting
- Advanced Excel knowledge and experience
- Be able to be a critical part of a team, as well as being able to work alone
- Enthusiastic, personable, and motivated
- Ability to multitask.
- Presentation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- High level of integrity
Pay Transparency: Min $85K - Max $100K
