Duties
- Lead and manage all processing activities within the processing epartment, ensuring production schedules are met efficiently and safely.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication among production teams, , quality control, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying bottlenecks, developing solutions, and applying process improvement methodologies.
- Proven experience in production management within a processing environment with a strong understanding of I 502 traceability and standards.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment with excellent team leadership skills and cross-functional communication abilities.
- Familiarity with supply chain management practices including inventory control, logistics coordination, and supply chain analytics is advantageous.
