We're hiring a Vendor Development Rep to build partnerships with equipment dealers and manufacturers nationwide.


What You're Actually Doing

You're not closing individual deals. You're building relationships with vendors who send deals to you over and over again.

One solid vendor can generate 10–30 deals per year — recurring monthly volume with ongoing commissions you don't have to re-earn.


What You'll Focus On

  • Signing equipment vendors and dealers
  • Training them to offer financing at the point of sale
  • Building a network that generates consistent deal flow

Industries we're active in:

  • Food trailers (our strongest niche)
  • Restaurant equipment
  • Fitness equipment
  • Construction equipment
  • Medical equipment


Comp Structure

  • Monthly retainer
  • Uncapped commission on funded deals
  • Income grows as your vendor network grows

Example:

10 active vendors x 2 deals per month = 20 deals per month.

That can become a scalable income stream, not a one-time commission.
