Equinox Collective is expanding our Michigan team and hiring for an Entry Level Account Manager - Sales & Team Support position. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on face-to-face customer interactions, sales, and account management within a residential environment.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to promote and enroll them in AT&T Fiber services, manage new customer accounts, and support team operations. You’ll also gain exposure to leadership responsibilities by assisting with team coordination and performance tracking.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Meet with customers in a retail setting to promote and sell AT&T Fiber services
- Assist customers with enrollment, account setup, and service activation
- Manage and maintain new customer accounts to ensure accuracy and satisfaction
- Provide ongoing support to customers post-enrollment
- Track personal and team sales performance metrics
- Assist team leaders with onboarding and supporting new team members
- Help coordinate daily team activities and ensure smooth operations
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment
Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Manager
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing sales environment
- Interest in developing leadership and team management skills
- Goal-oriented and motivated by performance-based growth
- Ability to work full-time in-person
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or team leadership is a plus
Role Overview and details:
- Compensation: This is a base pay commission position. Average earnings range from $900 to $1300 per week based on individual and team performance, with additional bonus opportunities.
- Schedule: Full-time availability required, 40 hours per week Monday-Saturday
- Employment Type: W2 Full-time employee (not contract or commission-only), In person , located in Dearborn, MI.
- Client / product: Representatives will work with AT&T’s customers helping oversee account management and enroll new customers with AT&T.
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
