Location: This role will be hybrid, based out of our Mendota Heights, MN or Milwaukee, WI office.
Role Summary
EQ by Equiniti is seeking a qualified Client Services Associate to join our team. We need a passionate and engaged individual to join our team and help us continue to drive our success forward. As a member of the Relationship Management Team, the Client Services Associate works side by side with Relationship Managers, Product Management, Sales, Operations and Legal.
Core Duties/Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
Working closely with a Relationship Manager to service and grow a portfolio of 25 to 35 corporate clients
Answering/placing inbound & outbound phone calls to customers.
Preparing, scheduling and participating in periodic reviews with corporate clients
Developing strong personal relationships with client contacts
Provide support to other Relationship Management Teams

Compensation
- Compensation is in the range of $21-25/hour and is commensurate with experience and location.
