Key Responsibilities
This position is responsible for ensuring that engineering and manufacturing processes are performed correctly, using the right tools and materials. It involves monitoring and maintaining quality processes, inspecting and testing products and components, and providing quality tools and data to prevent defects.
The key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction through quality processes
- Developing and implementing defect prevention strategies
- Collaborating with production teams to improve quality
- Conducting statistical analysis of manufacturing data
- Developing reports for senior staff members based on quality documentation
The ideal candidate will have a degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial, or manufacturing engineering, and at least 5 years' experience in a technical field. They should possess effective quality analysis, data analysis, and problem-solving skills, as well as knowledge of quality tools such as DFx and FMEA.
