Duties/Responsibilities:
* Perform roofing, siding and facade inspections.
* Perform forensic inspections for building envelope.
* Prepare reports and specifications.
* Research, due diligence, application submission and various other reporting.
* Communicate with owner representatives, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to facilitate construction activities.
* Negotiate, prepare, issue and execute change orders, and prepare appropriate revisions to budget.
* Perform risk evaluation, project scheduling, and project close-outs.
* Manage field issues and changes with appropriate teams.
* Lead project coordination meetings. Required Skills/Abilities:
* Strong and proven project management, negotiation, and collaboration skills.
* Able to develop creative and practical solutions based on evaluation of multiple factors.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Education and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
* Three years or more of related experience required.
* Valid Driver's License required.
* Licensed Building Inspector, HHS, ICS, or RCS preferred
