Role Description This is a full-time, on-site CMA/CMT/L1MA role based in Cuba, MO. The team member will administer medications in accordance with state regulations and facility policies, document medication administration accurately, and monitor residents for side effects or changes in condition. Daily tasks include assisting residents with activities of daily living, supporting mobility and comfort, and reporting concerns promptly to nursing staff or supervisors. The role involves communicating with residents, families, and healthcare providers, maintaining clean and safe work areas, and participating in care plan updates and team meetings. The CMA/CMT/L1MA will also follow infection control protocols, support emergency procedures, and contribute to a respectful, inclusive, and supportive environment.

Qualifications
- Current CMA, CMT, or L1MA certification in Missouri and compliance with all state licensing requirements.
- Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or similar residential care settings, preferably with older adults.
- Strong medication administration, documentation, and observation skills, with attention to detail and safety.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact respectfully with residents, families, and colleagues.
- Ability to perform physical tasks associated with resident care (such as lifting, repositioning, and assisting with mobility) while following safe practices.
- Reliable time management, ability to work scheduled shifts, and flexibility to support weekend or holiday coverage as needed.
- Knowledge of basic infection control, resident rights, and confidentiality standards (HIPAA and related regulations).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in geriatric care or mental health support is a plus.
