What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Therapist position at Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services?
Equilibria Psychological and Consultation Services is a well-established practice with a 20-year history serving Philadelphia and surrounding Pennsylvania communities. We are excited to announce the opening of our first practice location in New Jersey! We are seeking a licensed therapist who wants to help grow our first NJ office site Maple Shade, NJ.
This is a full-time salaried position and primarily a clinical role. The role will also include administrative responsibilities to support the growth of the NJ practice with a focus on outreach and engagement efforts with potential referral sources and other community partners. The ideal candidate will be a clinician who is experienced in working in an outpatient setting with clients across the lifespan, including children and adolescents, working with clients with diverse presenting concerns, and trained in empirically supported treatment approaches.
At Equilibria we value empowering and supporting clinicians in doing the work that they love, in their areas of expertise, and with the clients with whom they most enjoy working. Our team of highly trained clinicians meet regularly for both general and specialized peer consultation groups, support one another through informal consultations, and have access to clinical guidance and support from an active and involved leadership team. We also support our clinicians by taking care of billing, managed care and administrative tasks so clinicians can use their time to focus on their clients. We have a very easy to use, intuitive online scheduling and documentation system to keep your paperwork at a minimum. Our practice sponsors a number of continuing education opportunities for clinicians every year, as well as many opportunities throughout the year to connect socially.
