The program provides meaningful projects with direct impact on our business as well as exposure to senior leaders and opportunities to network. Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is a discipline that combines software and systems engineering for building and running large-scale, distributed, fault-tolerant systems.
We believe great things happen when teams connect. Our schedule is built around 4 days of high-impact, in-office collaboration (Monday-Thursday), paired with Friday Flexibility to wrap up your week remotely.

What you'll do
- Design, implement and maintain services in Google Cloud with monitoring, logging and alerting - from inception and design, through deployment, operation and refinement.
- Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency and overall system health.
- Troubleshoot production issues with our Customers & practice sustainable incident response and postmortems.
- Be part of an on-call rotation to support production systems.
- Build and manage systems, infrastructure and applications through automation.
- Write code using programming and/or scripting languages.
- Communicate with Operations & Product team members.
What experience you need
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other Technology-related field
- Expected Graduation - May 2028
- Experience or coursework in Java or Python or similar programming languages.
What could set you apart
- Knowledge of Cloud Services and/or Google Cloud Platform and general-purpose programming languages.
- Knowledge in demonstrated interest and ability to learn other coding languages as needed.
- Familiarity with Agile development practices.
- Interest in designing, analyzing and troubleshooting complex solutions.
- Ability to debug and optimize code and automate routine tasks.
- Experience with algorithms, databases, networks, security, or software design.
- Ability to adapt to quickly changing project requirements and continuous feedback.
