- Campaign Development & Execution:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, webinars, events, social, trade pubs, and more), working within established strategies and guidelines.
- Define campaign plans, channels, ABM approaches, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and business objectives.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and maximize impact.
- Manage campaign deliverables, ensuring projects stay on track, within budget, and adhere to quality standards.
- Leverage AI agents and automated frameworks to eliminate repetitive tasks, freeing your time for high-level strategy and creative problem-solving.
- Content & Messaging:
- Collaborate with the content and portfolio marketing teams to develop compelling campaign messaging and content that resonates with target audiences.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to messaging guidelines across all campaign assets.
- Data-Driven Reporting, Analysis & Optimization:
- Ability to translate complex data into executive-level standardized readouts that focus on pipeline momentum and ROI rather than just open rates.
- Maintain status reports for all current campaigns, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- Sales Enablement:
- Empower BDR and Sales teams with the tools and insights needed to turn leads into relationships.
- Through regular 'Smarketing' updates and the strategic use of Seismic and Demandbase, you will foster a collaborative environment where sales and marketing move with a shared sense of purpose.
- 5 years of experience in Demand Generation or Digital Marketing. While a mix of B2B and B2C experience is acceptable, at least 3 years of experience in a B2B environment is required.
- Bachelor's degree
- Exceptional communication skills with a focus on building a collaborative, results-oriented culture
- Technical system literacy in systems similar to or including Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, Consensus, and the Google Suite
- Ability to translate complex data into executive-level analysis, reporting, and presentation
- Experience using generativeAI and/or AI agents
- Experience marketing to human resources personas
