We are looking for Court Research Associates to join our growing team in West Des Moines! This individual will complete information verification via online sources using a standard verification process. The individual should possess excellent customer service skills, basic computer navigation and typing skills, and strong collaborative skills to function in a team environment.
This is an onsite position located in West Des Moines, Iowa.
What you’ll do
Complete data entry and verify data and information using standard a verification processes
Validate/complete and document requested data through phone, fax or email contact
Analyze and research more in-depth data of information requested, utilizing appropriate resources
What experience you need
At least 1 year of customer service experience
Understanding of PC functions, including Windows-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Suite applications and the ability to learn/understand internal Verification Services technology/systems
